Nice selection of Finnish micros. modern style decorated

Located very central, not far from anything. Clean and nice terrace summertime. Decent selection from Finnish micros at most times. Friendly staff. Haven’t tried the food here yet, but will do at some point.

Located in central helsinki and is very easy to find. Place is typical modern finnish style with lots of wood and concrete mixed togheter. They have a really good selection of finnish beers here which makes it the no 1 pub in central helsinki if you’re looking for finnish qualitybeer. They also have about 30-40 beers on bottle and among them some really nice stuff from finland, germany and belgium. This place can be a bit loud at times but i’ll be coming back here for sure.

A rather modern and spacious pub which is excellent for beers from Finnish micros. They seem to rotate the beers every so often and most of the Finnish micros are represented. If you’re looking for a pub in the centre where you can get plenty of beers from Finnish micros, this is the place.

Seems like an ok place for Finnish micros. Unnecessary music, yes - guess it comes with a central location. Must revisit for a proper rating.

A new place, founded in September 2008. Very central - right opposite Stockmann, off Mannerheimintie. Large place but with subdued lighting, and on multiple levels so it doesn’t feel so big. To be honest, whilst there are other pubs with wider selections of rarer stuff, if you’re coming to Helsinki, and only have time for 1 pub, this should probably be your preferred venue - it’s got a few beers by practically all of the small Finnish brewers. Seems to do weekly live music (man & guitar by the looks of it). Didn’t get a great feel for the place after just one visit, but I am sure that I’ll be there again.
Did - and it’s a great place, keep going back there when I’m in the country. Occasional small festivals for things like cider or wheat beers.
