It may be hyperbolic but this may be the best airport restaurant Iíve ever seen. What makes this place is that, for themost part, it forgets itís in an airport. Its a really good restaurant with flavorful food and lots of local craft beer on tap and in bottle. But they also have nice touches like leather chairs and plugs for your laptops under the bar. They also have a real chef who keeps standards up. You can also by 10 ounce drafts for $4 which is a bargain. Why canít all airport restaurants be this ambitious?

A nice place. Leather chairs, wifi, dark wood throughout. The taps were all local beers from most of the breweries in Utah. They had bottles available also. I didnít try the food, but the menu looked good. Beer prices werenít too bad for an airport.
