Nice little place to stop in and grab a drink, especially if your friends want wine as thats what they specialize in. Beer selection is good, although they should probably rotate. There has been little change other then 1 seasonal they rotate. Food is good as well.

88 AMBIANCE 4/5 SERVICE 9/10 SELECTION 13/15 FOOD 8/10 VALUE N/A OVERALL 18/20
Mostly a wine bar - with an excellent selection of wines not available at other places in Philly - at prices better than the other well known wine/beer/cheese bar. I was asked to help out with the beer list for here (friends own it), so we tried to mixed it up a bit. On tap is more limited - you will find Hop Devil, Hoegaarden, Guiness, another Victory and a couple macros. The bottle list is interesting though. Some really good Belgians, some bottles from Stone and Three Floyd’s etc. Food is very good at mostly reasonable prices. Burger is a standout, as is the amazing roasted tomato aioli for the fries. Small plates make it excellent to drink some beers or wine and hand out for a few hours trying lots of different things. It’s just around the corners from Fergie’s and Ludwig’s, so it’s definitely worth checking out if you’re in the area. If you like BIG wines, get a bottle of the Rosenblum Paso Robles red zin - it’s the imperial stout of reds.
