Damn good place. Reminds me of Ant n Bee in Roppongi but more spacious, friendlier and they actually have the beers they list on their menu! Good selection of locals with a few Imports. Good pours and average prices. Staff didn’t bother me, but were prompt with service. Gave me some of the biggest tasters I have ever had too. Do this one with Beersaurus happy hour for a nice night out in Ikebukuro.

Their good range of taps is actually amazing for the neighborhood, which is devoted half to kid couples and half to drunk salarymen. I love being able to come here when I can’t work up the energy to go all the way to Ushitora or Craft Heads. Food is just OK. UPDATE: I can’t get the map to turn out right, but copy-paste the Japanese into Google Maps and the correct location will pop up.

20 taps. Decent prices. Lots of seasonal. Reasonably priced food. Not much to say. This place would have been a godsend five years ago, now it’s just another great Tokyo beer bar, but I wouldn’t go out of my way to visit. Still put this into 99% of any city in Europe and people would go ape shit. Heavily domestic focus taps, as is trend in Tokyo, but no complaints with that at all. This place highlights how far Tokyo has come.
