Unfortunately the brewery tour wasn’t running when we were there, so we just explored the museum (usual sniffing of hops, info boards etc) & then headed to the bar. Not only do they have 5 handpumps (including one special beer only available at the brewery when we were there) but they’ll also happily open any of their bottled range for you to sample. There’s a traditional pub game on every table, and the whole feel is relaxed and cosy, yet surprisingly modern, airy and clean. The shop also sells bottles to take away including some new beers only available here. Great place to while away a couple of hours..
