Rated the best bottle shop in Germany 2011, 2012 & 2013 on RateBeer

Thanks to Steptin and Bierkrug for this one. A bit off the beaten track, but has an extensive collection of German beers from multiple regions. Very friendly and helpful staff. Definitely worth a stop if you like German beers, even if you have to go out of your way. Now with new owner Matthias, this place has expanded its range (thanks to Bierkrug!) Now has a tasting area for both wines and beers.

This is one of the best shops I have been to in my life. The services is AMAZING!! First time I went in I asked for some help because there was some beers I did not know and not only did the person their help me she called in another co-worker who drives the pick-up truck to come in on a day off to help me. He was HAPPY to do it even. They are open to let you try beers if you ask. The selection was very impressive. There were a couple beers I was hoping for because they had others from the breweries but no luck with them coming in yet. Though this is nothing to really worry about. They have more then enough other selections to enjoy. Any one living around this area should hit this place up to try beers from all around Germany.

Great shop - great service. Just ask and u can taste whatever u want, the owner will talk to you about pros and cons... just great :)

I think this is the best drink shop I have ever been to in Germany. I was offered to taste many beers and was given great advice about the beers. What has been said about this place is very true. Selection is the very best I have seen in this part of Germany.

Wasana´s Getränke Oase, ist eines der besten Bierfach-Geschäfte im Südwesten von Deutschland. Die Fachkompetenz des Personals ist weltklasse! Man kann dort jedes Bier probieren, das man kaufen möchte. Das Personal hat wirklich etwas drauf, was die Beratung für die Biere betrift.

Went because of the reviews here on this site, excellent customer service. The gentleman working was more than happy to help me with my selection of Bavarian beers and more than willing to let me try several of them on the spot as well. Selection was the best I’ve seen in this area of Germany thus far. Will definitely be making it back soon.

Was brought here by Bierkrug. Absolutely the best selection of beers in southern Rheinland-Pfalz. Great prices and have tons of Bavarian beers that are tough to find even in Bavaria. Absolutely worth a stop if anywhere near. Also has the best selection of Luxembourger beers outside of Luxembourg. A gem in the gem capital of Germany.

Went back today for the first time in over a year. Great changes to the place! More beer selections than before. Service was amazing and even recieved a some free goodies with my mixed rack! Thanks!
