This is a three story brewpub with seating on the first two floors and tanks on the third floor. The interior is pretty nice, they obviously had a big budget opening up this place. There are two TVs tucked away behind the bar if there was a need to view some sporting events. The selection was pretty good spanning pale ales to stouts to Belgian styles. I see everyone trashing the quality of their beer, but I only had one and it was perfectly good. I suppose I need to drink more of their catalog to get an opinion. The guest beers were very well chosen and available at a very good price.

This is a pretty cool taproom on pearl street mall. Nice location. Food was very tasty, a worthy stop for the food. The beer was average, and they do have some guest taps if none of theirs are interesting. It is nice that they are brewing some different styles than the norm for brewpubs, but it seems they need some improvement in their beers. It is worth going, the food is very good, and the beers are good, but brewing Belgian styles their beers will be compared to the great Belgian beers, and to be in that realm they need some big improvements. But it is worth the stop, and I would go back for sure!

Brewpub stop #3 with Mike. Nice brewpub on the pedestrian mall. Plenty of seating on the patio and inside. Long bar with about 6 house beers on tap. The girl behind the bar was very nice and helpful. Unfortunately, the beers were not good at all. Quite bad, in fact. They do at least have a dozen or so guest taps to choose from.

Located in a former BJs location and around 5-7 beers offered during my last visit. The beers I found to be quite subpar with a few of them having a goopy, sweetness to them. Service was ok, but itís not somewhere I would go regularly if I lived in the area.

Visited November 2012.

For being in a pedestrian mall this is surprisingly hard to find. Itís actually an old BJís location. Kind of a weird set up where the space is narrow but goes back pretty far. I sat at the bar right in front of the fermenters. The service was friendly but busy. The flight was interesting but nothing was amazing. My favorites were the two Belgian strong ales (Lutz and Daisy Cutter). I didnít stick around all that long as it was pretty busy and the beers were just OK. When I was there they hadnít been open that long so Iíll stop back in around GABF to see how theyíre progressing.

Nicely decorated brewpub in the middle of Pearl Street. New interior, with a decent amount of seating and outdoor space available. The fermenters and brew kettles line the back of the bar, which is pretty cool. Service was great and very friendly and the food was very delicious. The beer was below-average-to-average, although I did enjoy the pilsner and IPA. Worth checking out if you are around Pearl street, as the food is delicious, the beer is reasonably priced, there are 7-8 guest taps, and the service is friendly.

Brewpub on Pearl St mall. Large dining area, many tables, and a long bar. Service has always been friendly and attentive, but I tend to avoid peak hours. Decent prices during happy hour, otherwise beer is kind of steep. Beer itself ranges from pretty good to mediocre. Always have 5 or 6 of their own beers on tap plus a few guest taps and a short bottle list. Their beers switch occasionally. A decent place to grab a beer.

Pearl Street Mall location previously occupied by BJs. breweries in these sorts of spaces tend to make very safe, very plain beer, and while I like that they appreciate Belgian styles, they simply donít have the talent to make them flavorful and balanced with proper mouthfeel and carbonation. youíll find a few ticks and maybe an enjoyable beer from their lineup, but youíre just as likely to find a diacetyl bomb. most likely, though, you get an expensive and forgettable beer.

Very new place (still smells of wet paint). Been open for about a week if I remember correctly. Friendly staff, pretty crowded. Hard to get parking. Beers were okay, but could be improved. As a brewer, Iíd imagine it would be quite difficult to brew on their tight set up behind the bar. 6 or 7 house beers with quite a few more [mostly generic] craft guest beers. The food ranged from mediocre to good, and probably will be better in a few months.

Visited on October 8, 2012. Shared a 6 beer sampler with a friend, did not eat. Super good service, very nice beers. My friend got very exited about the food menu, so sheíll go back for food. If I find my way back to Boulder Iíll go back to this nice place for sure.
