A supermarket with a good beer section. Quite a lot of American and international beers, decent prices but most beers can be found cheaper at NBD. Very good opening hours. Worth visiting.

Nice bright dedicated beer room. Back wall is lined by a cold case stocking about 100 bottles or so... most aren’t rare, but they are well-chosen. There is a small cheese selection at the front of the shop. The main event is the growler filling station in the middle... I think there are 6-7 taps with a well chosen and well priced (under 10 bucks) selection. A worthy addition to the area.

Fantastic in every way - what a selection. Displayed in a clean, well organized, classy way. The beer buyer is helpful and knows his stuff.

A decent selection. While you won’t find any rare brews, their varied stock has most everything you need for you average night. No food inside this section of Whole Foods, but good grub is to be had. For the harder to find stuff, and slightly better prices, head 3 blocks down to New Beer

Pretty amazing selection of imports here. I didn’t really like being in there that much and the employees were only marginally helpful with my rather large haul. Also, the prices were killing me. Still, kind of a must stop if you’re already in the area visiting New Beer or whatever.

I came in here to escape the oppressive heat of the New York summer. There’s a decent number of bottles. I didn’t notice anything particularly interesting, but the range is certainly solid. There’s loads of staff milling about. Overall, the beer selection’s definitely better than any supermarket I’ve ever walked into.

A nice store with a wide selection. Service was helpful enough. I was a bit concerned about the lighting - they’ve got floor to ceiling windows along 2 walls - yes, they are partially blocked, but there is still a LOT of light getting in there. Selection was nice but prices were significantly (a few bucks/bottle in some cases) higher than New Beer right down the street. I’ll come back next time I’m in NYC, but more because its just a few blocks from New Beer than as a destination of it’s own.

Bottle shop and food market around the bock from New Beer Distributors. I found that most of the beers here were also available at New Beer, where they were slightly less expensive. They did have a few beers that had sold out at New Beer that I picked up. Worth visiting if you are in the area, but not really a destination place for me.

A big room filled with a lot of good beers... I wish the Whole Foods in my city had this section!
