I was impressed (as I usually am by Whole Pay Check) by the beer selection. Saw Supplication and Sanctification on the shelf along with Alamanac Reserve 1 and 2, the usual CA beers (Stone, Firestone, Ballast Point, etc), and interestingly enough some prefilled growlers from Magnolia. The growlers were right around $19. Not my thing but I guess if you want a half gallon of Magnolia Kolsch or Bitter and you dont want to trek across town to Magnolia itís nice to be able to grab one at the store. No idea how they have been filled.

The rest of the store is your standard Whole Foods. Self serve hot food, plenty of high end groceries, and slow check out service.

Not the Whole Foods Super Store sized location that I have come to expect from the newer ones, but not surprising given the location. Beer selection was quite good. Limited releases like Abyss, Firestone Walker barrel aged beers, Russian River, Alamanac barrel aged beers, etc. Friendly people. Prices on the beers were competitive, food is kind of [:39] as always.
