A modern decorated Wetherspoon with a brick style decor, both in walls and with its carpet and even furniture, all because of the beautiful brick kiln that fills the left wall as you walk into the pub. The bar occupies the rest of that wall and has two rows of ales to choose from. If you like local history there is no shortage of it to read on the walls including about James Watt, Enoch Powell, Oscar Deutsch, Blakesley Hall and Steve McQueen on a Triumph motorbike.

Weatherspoons a difference. This pub is quite charming inside and looks different to the majority of the others. Lots of nice features and smaller than others. I will be visiting this again.
