Visited 2/2/13. Got there and it was pretty empty, just one other customer. I was later told they were understaffed that day so I’m not dinging them for service, but I waited forever before being acknowledged and able to order a pint. But the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Then the tiny place filled up. One tour ended and came in for a tasting while another large tour group arrived and waited for its tour to start. They said they are expanding in a couple of months which will be good. Though I’d say they should get rid of some of the merch. I’ve never seen a brewery store with so much non-beer product to sell. Every type of growler, every style of shirt with different designs, every type of glass, different types of bottle openers, etc.

I had a leaking tire that wasn’t holding air and we googled the nearest Porsche dealer - it was right next door to this brewery. I guess I believe in fate now. Small warehouse type brewery with a store and tasting room next door. We did the tasting and the tour, which was very informative, lots of beer history. Staff was very friendly. Beers were tasty. Worth a stop for sure.

Easy to miss if you aren’t looking! One guy working wasn’t very friendly but the other one was. I came in for a special seasonal but they were sold out. One of the guys offered to call around to see if any stores still had any that I could go pick up. They fill growlers or you can pay for tasters.

Got here just a few minutes before the place closed - a bit out of the way and you’ll miss it if you blink, but shouldn’t be hard to find a second time. Tasting room/store was nice, appeared to have all the year round brews and a few seasonals to pick up with a bunch of beers to pick up on tap to go in growlers. Staff was really nice and had a nice conversation before I left with some brews,

Thought I had rated this. Been here many times. Been to both the brewery itself and the store. Awesome service every time I’ve been there. The selection is obviously only Alewerks beers but Geoff is the man and his limited beers are usually home runs. Recommended visit as this is the best brewery in the area IMHO.

A brewery tap room with several samples available and beer to go. There is plenty of brewery swag to buy and the staff is very helpful. Take your growler and get a beer filled.

In an industrial park with a little store off to the side of the warehouse that has a "taproom" and opportunity to sample all of their normal lineup. Bombers of special releases can be found here. Staff was friendly and you get cool little taster glasses if you buy stuff. Fun to stop by but probably only worth it if they have another Cafe Royal release.

Nice people with a fun tour. Beer is a bit on the average side of things, but it is worth a visit once or twice. The tasting room is cool.

This is exactly what a tasting room should be. Excellent staff, well laid out merchandise and good size sample.

This place was actually a great place to visit given the placement. Its located in an industrial park in Williamsburg. The "brewery" itself is in a big building by their tasting room with is in a office area. However the co-owner gave us our own personalized tour and let us taste a good amount. I remember the prices being alright and they had some decent beers just not alot of them.
