The best place in the St Louis area to buy hard to find beer (and scotch). Not only are the prices very reasonable, the beer is usually pretty fresh.

Placed an order from their website. Easy website to navigate.... Quite a good selection of craft beer. My order was packaged VERY quickly and very well. Will definitely order from again.

Perhaps they should rename this store to Wine and Beer. Sure the have cheese, but man oh man do they have beer! I’ve never seen so many Belgians, foreigns and odd ball beers, meads, etc in one location. Nice selection of bombers from the usual suspects, local and regional six packs with some available as singles. The foreign offerings were great. Tons of Mikkeler and other beers rated highly by the rate beer community. The pries seemed really reasonable too. The only problem I had was trying to get into the store.. I had to drive around the ritzy neighborhood before I realized I had to park in a pay lot. But since I bought something, they validated my ticket and the parking was free.

I was very impressed by this store. Great beer selection. Strong lineup of Belgian and other European beers. They had some nice specials as well. If a beer is to be had in Missouri, they probably will have it here. Pretty good section of glassware as well. They also had an impressive selection of wine, cheese and other gourmet foods. I didn’t have much interaction with the workers, so I can’t judge the service very well. I came away with a bunch of great Belgian beers. If I lived here, I’m sure this would be a regular stop.

Paul does a great job promoting his stores on the major beer sites. A great selection that rotates frequently staying current with the newest releases. Good mixture of domestic and imports. Any of the TWCP stores are worth a visit. Tastings every Friday night as well.

hit this while passing through St. Louis, only about 15 minutes from airport, validates parking if you buy something, good selection of imports and locals, not many singles

Found this place from a call to Schlafly and they recommended it. Called first and had great service about product and pricing. Walked there and found an unbelievable selection of Belgians, micros, and locals Schlafly, Boulevard, and other locals. Answered any questions you had. Had a small section of singles but otherwise some killer specials. Definitely a hit if you are in Clayton.

This place rocks. Lots of those hard to find Danish, Norwegian and Italian ales. Many hundreds of others. The mix six rack is small, but there are many singles to be found throughout the shelves. I picked up 14 I hadn’t had, and it would have been many more, if I wasn’t flying home in less than 48 hours. Staff was attentive and helpful (course I was early, and the only beer shopper at the time).

Just went to their Beer Festival last weekend and was stunned at the selection. Beers from Dieu du Ciel, Mikkeller, Bear Republic, Bells, Caldera, Nogne, Southern Tier, Avery, Left Hand, Tin Mill, lots of limited and hard to get Danish, Belgians and more beer than you will ever find anywhere. Worth checking out.

Stopped in on a trip to St. Louis. Things have improved quite a bit since I was last in... at least as far as beer selection is concerned. Pricing was reasonable and I was able to pick up some BrewDog, Boulder Smokestack series, Liefman’s (which is almost impossible to find now) and some other oddities. Service was OK and selection of wines and liquors is top notch. Not a ton of options for single bottles is about all to complain about.
