Nice sized liquor store. Very nice singles section that had ton of Shorts brews including Kind Ale, Captain Fantasy, and Cornholio which I have not seen anywhere else. Nice selection B Nektar meads as well. Really nice store and great regional selection.

another gem in my home town

Good place with a great selection of single bottles and others. Has some rarities and a local beer galore.

Dropped in mainly to see what this place was like. It’s a nice-looking store with quite a bit of wine and a cigar room. About two and a half craft aisles, with about an aisle full of macros. From the looks of the six-packs, I gathered that they allow customers to break sixers, and there was some pretty interesting stuff among the singles. It was kind of crowded when I was there, so I didn’t get to evaluate the service as I didn’t decide to pick anything up, but it’s definitely a place I’ll keep in mind in the future.

Selection is ok. Prices are slightly higher. In the area, there aren’t a lot better though.

they let you pull a single out of ANY 4 or 6-pack. probably my favorite place in terms of selection. their beer guy isn’t quite as knowledgeable as other places, but who really cares? thanks to this site and BA, i already know what i’m looking for.

Solid selection for a store this size. Pretty decent prices. Great number of Michigan brews. Employees seemed friendly.

Great beer variety, good food for luch, and most importantly great service. They carry a good selection of styles and brands. Always greated with a smile and a hello, and treated well. I have been buying beer and kegs here since I’ve turned 21. Great guys!

Finally an excellent beer selection within a 6 minutes’ drive from home! :-) Not as wide a selection as Merchants over in Dearborn, but it’s closer to home for me! West side of Middlebelt, JUST north of 1-96. They advertise about 600 beers in stock, which looked about right (though I may be wildly wrong). Lots of the staple great beers. The full line of Kalamzoo Bells products (incl. Expedition); some German doppels (incl. Celebrator). They let you break some 6’s up into singles. I picked up some singles of the aforementioned and Fullers London Porter, 6’s of Anchor Liberty, Birra Moretti La Rossa, Bells Brown & Java Stout, Arcadia IPA. For a corner beer store right around the corner, it rocks. Also a wine selection and lotsa hard booze on the wall. With some deli items, junk food and plenty of macro swill, it’s a full-purpose party store.

Nice clean store. Friendly people and a decent selection.
