Stopped in here over the weekend while in town for the HF Festival. I have heard a lot of great things about this place, really wanted to make it a point to check this place out.
Atmosphere is a little weird honestly. Shop is broken into a bunch of different rooms, almost as if they kept expanding but never made the effort to incorporate the additions into the main space. Service was good overall. I was approached by a few of the beer side guys to see if I needed help and I was rang up by what appeared to be a wanna be member of LMAFO, white glasses and singing really made the look. Quality was quite good overall. Tons of beer, only a few here and there that I would consider to be too out of date to consider. Section was in a word, insane. They have a TON of beer. I have only been to maybe 2-3 other bottle shops with this much beer on offer. Bottles ranging from BMC crap to some more limited stuff like Golden Blend and Lawsonís. Liquor selection was pretty good as well but it seems to be more of a beer store. They also have a nice glass selection to round things out. Prices were on par with all of the other bottle shops in the area, some where even a little lower.
Overall an above average bottle shop with a huge selection and reasonable prices. I will definitely return in the future.

Visited 7-15. Honestly donít see what all the hype is. I went in expecting this place to be insane, but it was a letdown. Iíd say this was the least interesting bottle shop I went to on my trip. Itís big, but it felt like the majority of it was liqour and other things. Beer was all the way down on the left. Selection was meh. Coolest thing I saw were FiftyFifty Eclipse bottles behind glass. The main beer selection was full of mostly stuff I can get in my Buffalo, NY market and macro beers with tons of very old and past prime IPAs. They had a few limited VT things there like 14th Star, Lost Nation, Foley Brothers, Frost, Rock Art, but I felt it was seriously lacking. Prices seemed solid on stuff. Ended up not buying anything. Iím guessing that the main draw here is the release days for Heady and SoS. If youíre just going to buy beer on others days I would look elsewhere. Craft Beer Cellar in Waterbury and even Crossroads impressed me more.

Always the place to stop on the way back to Montrťal when in Burlington area. Nice people, good recomendations all the time. Only got a bit pricier in the last 2 years I would say. Still the best place to shop for beers in Vermont.

I wasnít particularly impressed by this place. The set-up is kind of a mess, with no logic to the structure of the place. Lots of quantity for sure, but difficult to navigate and I probably didnít end up with a nearly exciting enough haul as a result. All the employees seemed completely disinterested, so no help there either. Maybe it turns over a lot and I came on a bad day, I donít know, but I wasnít impressed.

This is *the* place to pick up beer while in Vermont. East coast, West coast, itís all here! A decent amount of rarities and there was always someone around interested in talking beer. No Heady Topper here but if you havenít had it and would like to at least try it practically every decent bar in town has it.

Got my case of Heady so Iím happy. Iíd say my complaint here would be that the place is filled with 3 month old (and older) IPAs, and prices are tough to find on some beers. A nice big selection of local stuff, just make sure you read the dates if they have them.

Fun warehouse to walk the aisles perusing the beer selection. A plentiful supply of Vermont breweries and so much more. A large selection of Belgian and other international beers. I didnít pay too much attention to prices so canít comment there. Well worth a look.

I was told this is the largest beer store in the entire state of Vermont, when in Burlington, well why not right?
The place was pretty clean and had great service as I was greeted immediately and was asked if I was looking for anything. Being in Vermont, of course Iím going to ask for Hill Farmstead and Lawsonís, they didnít have any, not the storeís fault, I get it, no big deal, still I was pointed in the direction of Vermont brews and they had an exceptional selection of beers practically from every state of the nation with an exceptionally large amount of international brews as well. I was quite impressed overall with the service and amount of brews. Anyone passing through Burlington, this is where you go.

Stopped by after flying into Burlington on our way to Stowe. No heady left at noon. Crazy how fast it goes. Still a great selection of brews to choose from. Didnít stock up because we were headed to HF but could easily spend some time in this place.

Old rating follows below. Second visit since 2007 and they continue to have a huge selection of local beer at decent prices. Customer service was good for this kind of place, and you can pull singles from six packs. The only real knock is that hardly anything is priced. First class bottle shop.
Decent. We stayed in the Days Inn Colchester down the road, and this was convenient. Good selection of the local stuff, which was exactly what I was looking for.

Where to start? This is the paradise of beer! Itís a really big beer store, service is really great. Last time I had someone suggesting me beer for at least 15 minutes. You can get Heady Topper on Tuesdayís and Thursdayís, Lawsonís on Fridayís. Well worth the trip from Quebec, Canada.
