I don’t know why this place isn’t rated higher. The brewer introduced himself while my wife and I enjoyed a sampler, the 9 beer sampler was a reasonable $14, the beer is exceptional...Really all it has working against it is an industrial location and no food (but that isn’t uncommon for a tap house, so no foul there). One of my favorite breweries in CO.

Small and out of the way Wit’s End is not an imposing brewery. They only had 5 beers on tap as well. The time I had there was good but also short. Great service though.

As others have said, this place is really just a spot for a glorified homebrewer to sell his beer. Although, he is a really cool guy and the service at this place is great. Most of the beers are subpar, but sometimes he really hits a winner. The location is pretty bad because it is in some industrial area right off of Federal, so if you are looking to go there, there really isnt anything else to check out. Another thing that makes me mad about this place is that half of the time I stop in, they are out of beer. For example, last time I went 3 out of the 6 taps were out, which is a huge letdown because the selection is already small, as it is. Worth a stop if you are nearby, but definitely not worth seeking out.

A nice tap room tucked away in an industrial area. The brewer is quite pleasant to talk to, and the beers are solid.

Really a glorified homebrewer, but the brewer was extremely nice and gave me an unsolicited tour of his set up. Really low tech, but it’s a fun place to visit. Half of the beers here I enjoyed and the other half were below average, but I’m hoping he continues to grow, as I think his beers have some potential. It was a little hard to find this place which is in an industrial park in a dirty part of town.

Small, hard to find brewery in a largely industrial area of town - across the street from the Glider Cidery, if that floats your boat - ever had a friend that built a "bar" in his garage to serve his homebrew (ie. he slapped a makeshift bar together out of plywood and did nothing else to disguise the fact that you were still drinking his beer in a dank, uninsulated room full of spiders and old oily rags and shit)? - that is kind of what this operation is - the only thing that differentiates this from an auto shop is the small plywood bar at the front and the 1bbl brewing system in the back - yup, one barrel system - essentially, we have a homebrewer that has a license to sell his beer to the public - the good news is that the brewer seems to bring that typical homebrewer passion to his work - they have six taps, but only had two beers on when I visited (selection rating slightly inflated to reflect list) - both were excellent brews, leaving me anxious to try his others - brews were slight twists on standards - bartenders were the brewer’s wife and a friend of theirs - both were awesome - chatty, all around personable people - so, several winning elements, but the atmosphere really needs work if they want people to become regulars, because the environment is really not conducive to hanging out - I hope they do well, as the beers were very tasty (probably second to Copper Kettle of the new breweries in town).
