They usually have 3-4 drinkable beers out of a dozen on tap. Staff is sometimes knowledgeable. Food is OKish, mostly Sisco frozen stuff but expensive for what you get. Honestly, I don’t go there for food anymore. Just to see live music and have a few beers.

The Wolfeboro Inn is a traditional 19th Century structure, elegant and somewhat sprawling. Wolfe’s Tavern is just toward the front of the building from the main dining room. Food is excellent, though service can be very slow. Many available beers, ranging from the grossest macros to some fine crafts and imports. They are famous (or infamous) for their beer challenge, whereby you can eventually earn a personalized pewter mug if you get a beer card punched for having sampled every single one of their beers. (Read about this on their website.)
