Smokey hole in the wall, but what’s inside makes up for it. The staff is friendly and knowledgable. Has almost every beer currently avaible in Florida, which you can buy as singles with a &quo;mixed six-pack&quo; discount. Reasonable prices. A must visit, if you are in the area.

There are only a few store with as much of a selection in this part of the country. Here one can find lots to choose from. These guys move alot of beer so freshness is usually not an issue. Service is knowledgable and friendly. If only the distributers in the area would be more consistent we’d rival some of the biggies up north.

What can I say? Its a store devoted entirely to beer. Anyone who lives near here and uses it as their local place to shop is one lucky SOB. Friendly guy behind the counter. I was like a kid in a candy store. One of those places where you just want to spend $300 and it breaks your heart when you only have about $50 to spend. They offer singles, which is important, too.

OK...the ambiance sucks...cigarette smoking individuals right next to a bus station, but Savino (sp) is a hoot! You can't get out of there without a 15 minutes conversation about beer, football...whatever. The selection and price just can't be beat! and the guy knows beer!

The owner is possibly one of the neatest dudes ever. I was in there for 90 minutes talking beer as he he's just going through dozens of brews and discussing every nuance about them. He even knew of the little place i visit monthly about 250 miles from tampa. As for the selection, it goes without saying that it is intense at its worse. You could spend an hour and still find something new. Dozens of beers ive never even heard of and i do my research. Decent prices too. As far as i know the only place to pick up some Dogfish Head goodies as well as the Westy 12 and 8.

Great selection of almost everything you can find in Florida. The owner is very helpful and chatty about good beers. Plenty of hard to find imports and everything is refrigerated. The best Tampa area beer store in my opinion.

Lots of good beer available, the smoky atmosphere was a bit of surprise however. Big selection of Belgians as well as those too few good North American micros that are available in Florida. You can get a discount on mix-and-match six packs that is quite appealing.

Great store located between the airport and my folks house -- a must stop to get me through any visit!! The owner is nuts, but he knows his beer and is incredibly enthusiastic. I wouldn't be surprised if WOB sells every beer available in Florida.
