The dark wood and stone motif in this old basement is perfect. Lots of little alcoves and friendly bar space. The servers are attentive, friendly, and know the beer. The variety of beers on draught is wide, and they also have a special cask. The food is delicious, and everything is reasonably priced. Overall, this is a great little brewpub. Will definitely be back.

Amazing space. For years this old building resembling a southern fraternity house just outside of Little Five Points in Atlanta was abandoned. Canít think of a better use than a brewpub. Went with a friend who knew the owner. As a result, we stumbled into a free tasting size glass of KBS. Not bad for a Wednesday night. If you want to visit a brewpub in Atlanta, this should be your first choice. If in season, try the brussels sprout hash.

Beautiful brewpub located in an old mansion in a pretty cool part of town. Parking available which is always nice. Beautiful interior with lots of wood and stone. Definitely on the upscale side compared to your average brewpub, but in a good way for once. Was able to grab a seat at the bar and enjoy a great pastrami sandwich with homemade kimchi. Sell all of their beers in pints and shortys(8oz) for very reasonable prices. Had a 4 half pints and a sandwich with fries for around $20. Really great place.

Visited later in the evening on a Monday. Cool semi-underground spot located underneath an events space, which is also very cool looking. I had a bit of trouble finding this, though the location on this map is accurate. The setup is a bar right as you enter, with bar tables, booths and larger restaurant tables spread throughout several smaller rooms. Had a comfortable cellar feel to it. Music was played at a respectful level, staff was very friendly and helpful. 9 of their beers were on, available Nonic or half-pint pours. I didnít eat, though the food menu had some interesting snacks and meals on it. Bartender brought several samples of beers she thought I would like, and was quite knowledgeable about all of them. I loved the vibe in this place, and certainly will visit if I am in Atlanta again.

Gorgeous bar, great food, awesome beer, fantastic food, and wonderful, friendly service. Can select almost all beers in two different sizes so you can try more beers without getting too wasted. Loved this place.

Ambiance was great here. Clearly carved out of the massive cellar of an old mansion, the space features dark woods and the original exposed stonework for a very nice effect. It is very dark, which is fine, except for noting the appearance on beers. Staff were all friendly. Food was tasty, and food and beer were both priced well. I had a $15 entree (trout) and a sampler and my bill after tax and tip was $30. The beers were all solid, with a few standouts, including the stouts as others have mentioned. Valet parking, but there is also a residential street running alongside the place and I found a spot with little problem. I will be back next time Iím in Atlanta.

I just had time to do a taster flight here before heading to the airport and home. Glad I did. The place is pretty cool, the staff is once again friendly, and they have some pretty good beers on tap, especially the Jack Daniels BA Wee Heavy. Prices were very reasonable. I did not check out the food at all, but I would certainly recommend it for the beer.

Approaching from the main drag, this place is reminiscent of a mini Whit House. The bar itself is in the back, in what seems ti be the living area of an old mansion, so very characterful. Also very crowded on a Friday night, but the hostess durected me to the " biergarten," really just a handmade floor above the brewery, with picnic tables and a long bar. Brewery equipment visible, with signs of recent expansion. The beers themselves were fantastic, especially the stouts, in four or five variants. Food was tasty. Top notch.

Nice coziness to the bar with areas all round for a more private sit down. The selection was extensive and the beers for the most part steller. Service was great, but I was there mid afternoon on a Friday. Will stop everytime the wife will DD me. I like it.

Came here with some friends because they raved about the food. I ended up trying almost every beer they brew and have been back many times since. Go on Saturday and enjoy the brewery tour.
