Came here with some friends because they raved about the food. I ended up trying almost every beer they brew and have been back many times since. Go on Saturday and enjoy the brewery tour.

Found this place on a night layover in atlanta place was abuzz with activity loved it. The service was quick and very friendly not many bars in knsas have 11 beers on tap like this place. Had the pulled pork it was mouth watering and not expensive this is a must go to place in atlanta.

This place is what I wish more brewpubs were like. Nice atmosphere, friendly service and good food. The beers are well made with a nice balance between conventional styles and more experimental one-off’s, wood-aged beers, etc. I would highly recommend to anyone visiting the area.

In the basement of a beautiful house that is now used to host events. A very clean cellar feel to the inside with a nice large bar and plenty of quaint seating throughout the area. Service was good, I was at the bar and the bartender was knowledgeable and happy to offer suggestions. Selection was nice with 12 taps plus a cask. Bob the brewer was awesome and gave an amazing tour. They seem to always have a quite limited release on. I also liked the option of half pints on most beers. I thought the food was quite good and will be getting some on the rest of my visits. Prices were quite competitive. My favorite Atlanta place so far.

Great ambiance, bar area is very cool. Food is solid pub food with plenty of options. Beer list is good, will go back to try more.

Located in the lower level of a historic building. Lots of dark wood and stone decorate the walls. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable . Beer and food was great.

Sweet space down below. I have not had a chance to check out the event space above but hear that is pretty nice as well. Always something new and exciting on tap including barrel aged beers or interesting serving vessels, see the coconut porter served in a coconut. Food is decent and washes down the beer well with some well thought out beer drinking kind of dishes. Definitely worth a stop if you are in town and super easy to access via public transportation. Go here now!

Atlanta needed another brewpub that delivers a rotating list of interesting quality brews. This is especially welcome in the Little 5 area that already has a burgeoning scene of good eat and drink. The ambiance in here is rustic and open. A patio is available. All Wrecking Bar parking is valet, but there is much parking on nearby streets. The service was knowledgeable and efficient. I liked the beer list with a couple interesting hoppy brews and some Belgian styles too. Everytime I visit Atlanta I go to the Porter and having the Wrecking Bar just a few yards away is an added bonus.

Went here over the Christmas break not knowing what to expect. Beer was above average, food was nice, but the best part about it was the atmosphere. The fully restored and renovated basement of a huge old mansion was unique and frankly badass. Will certainly be going back.
