Nicely located nearby busy Waikiki beach on street level. Large sports bar atmosphere. Very wide selection of drafts, mostly Californians and local Hawaiian craft, but also a selection of some major worldwide average brews. Decent pub-style finger food. Fairly priced, the place to go for beers in Honolulu.

Have been to this site the last 2 nights and once in 2010. Back then they had over 200 drafts this time maybe 130. Not a lot I have not seen but nonetheless some real solid highly rated brews. Bar staff knowledge varies. Had food twice and it is very good. I really like this place. Great ambience. Friendly people and staff.

Visited on Sunday evening in August 2013.
This seems to be a very popular and crowded place during the evenings. The service was friendly and quick. (the bartender had to check with the manager that our Swedish id:s were ok)
The selection was large although hardly anything really special. I tried a couple of local ones and a beer from Deschutes.
Located just a couple of minutes from our hotel, Sheraton Waikiki.

They have a good selection of West Coast beers as Coronado, Dechuttes, North Coast, ... also the Haiwaiian breweries from Maui and Big Island and the normal Yard House mainstream. Service, food and bar are as good as in all the Yard houses we have visited so far, music is a as bad. I was positively surprised that glassware has not been pre-frozen leading to good beer temperature. Negatively, a few beers we have ordered were sold out. - 3 of the 4 beers my wife tried to order were not available. If you are in Honolulu a good choice for beer (you do not have so many).

They seem to carry what they can get, that is mostly beers for the same couple of breweries that you can find around Hawaii. They didn’t have anything hard to find or rare, but that may be an issue of location and scarcity... As for the place, typical Yard House kind of feel, with a little more Hawaiian of a menu. The happy hour specials were pretty decent considering where you are eating/drinking is a fairly pricy area in general. Nothing too crazy, but a decent stop in for a beer or 2.

For a "chain" experience you will enjoy yourself. Selection is massive but surprisingly not impressive. I think the "any keg, so long as it costs less than $xxx.xx" mentality. I truly like the chain, but alas it is still a chain. Have been to 3 Yardhouses and this one for it’s location is a great value, Waikiki is $$$.

(Visited 12/2010): We visited the Yard House a couple times during our time in Honolulu before and after a cruise around the islands. It is located on the Waikiki Beach Walk on Lewers. Not sure about parking as we walked from our hotel but being a touristy area it should be easy to get there.
The entrance is open, and the interior is rather dark with a circular bar toward the right and funky artwork on the walls. Lots of views outside around the seating area.
Yard House has 50+ beers on tap, with a good amount hailing from Hawaii such as Kona, Maui, Mehana and Hawai’i Nui. Other craft brewers like Deschutes, Rogue and Sierra Nevada are available. As for imports they carry brews from Chimay, Affligem, Murphy’s and the like. Only a couple of bottles and they were of the NA variety. Beer floats are also on the menu which is cool.
Service was consistently good on our visits. Our servers were familiar enough with the local beers and seasonal stuff.
Food at Yard House is consistently above average. My macaroni and cheese dinner was very tasty.
Overall this is a good beer spot to visit amid all the shopping and tourist spots in the area.

Saw the huge line of taps from the front and decided this is where we were eating dinner. Pretty disappointed in the whole experience. They have a huge list of beers on tap, but while looking through the list nothing stood out that I hadn’t had already. I ended up drinking a few Hawaii beers. The food was decent. The service very slow. My wife didn’t get her food until we asked about it, my daughter was missing half of her dinner. They did make it up to us, but way to late at that point. Expensive for what we had, even after they comped us for the late dinners.

Atmosphere was sports bar without sucking too much. Constant danger sports videos were a bit annoying. Service typical American chain restaurant: overly nice, looking for tips. Over 100 taps, though about half were industrial or lame. There were many nice ones, including Hawaiian beers. Could be a bit more adventurous. Burgers were lovely. Prices seemed fair for Waikiki. The only place to go for a good beer selection, so you’ll go more than once. But not really craft-focused.
