Did a mini Dayton beer trip with some friends on 4/12/15 and this was the first stop. Cool place fairly easy to get to. Had a nice patio, but was a bit chilly for that. Decent selection and flights were available. Beers were okay. They don’t serve food, but they had a food truck out front serving up some tasty looking pizza.

Inauspicious outside, good looking, warm, friendly bar space inside. Twelve brews on tap @ $5 for flights of four. Beers are average to better than average. The bartenders are friendly and knowledgeable, and I was surprised at the heavy crowd at 5:00 on a Saturday. Good addition to the area.

We stopped in here on a Thursday night so it was decently crowded but not horribly so. They had a food truck out front to grab something bigger than the free pretzels they offer or you can bring in your own food from wherever. The space is part of a warehouse they converted into the brewery and pub. A bunch of tables and some standing bar space in addition to the proper bar. Lots of local art on the walls. A nice patio out back. The brewery itself is in a small industrial park which is also kind of Ina neighborhood near the central business district of Yellow Springs. The service was quick and friendly. I had a flight of four beers and my wife got a glass of a saison. The beers were pretty solid but nothing was outstanding. The kerfuffle mild was my favorite. A really nice place for some good beers. I’d come back.

In an industrial area of Hippyville, USA. Walk into an open area with exposed ceilings, and cement block walls with décor. Bar straight ahead. Seating was somewhat limited at the bar, but they do have tables and wall seats, with a patio out back. We were there on a Sat. afternoon and the place was crowded. DId find a table to accommodate our group. The only beers available were theirs, which I thought were average at best. One cool thing they did was give a tour of the brewery, albeit very small...but a good gesture. Overall, this place was ok - nothing I would go out of my way to seek.

A solid spot in Yellow Springs. The atmosphere is cozy but nice, and they do have an outdoor area in the back. The selection and service are both solid. No food, but they do have food trucks that come by most nights. Worth a stop if you’re in the area.

Visited here during the Yellow Springs Street Fest in October. We got here at about 1:30 and it was already slammed, with the whole bar and every table taken. There were 7 of 8 taps going, with a few different IPAs, a saison, pumpkin ale, EPA, and mild. I got a sampler of 4 for $5, and my wife’s beer was $4.50. There is no food but they have complementary pretzels and there are bags of chips for purchase; a food truck was outside at the time, too. The atmosphere is cool, sort of industrial-modern. There is a deck in back - facing the bike trail - with a few tables. The place was well-staffed but is probably more used to a low-key vibe, but they were doing a good job with the crowd. All in all, a super cool brewery in a super cool little town. I’ll be back when the crowds are not a factor.

Nice little brewery location just outside downtown. You can walk here easily. It sits in an old industrial park that is tucked into a residential area. They did a great job re-nabbing the inside to make it a modern tap room. They had almost a dozen of their beers on tap and they offer a 4-taster flight for $5. No food, just bar snacks. There was a small patio area on the back too. Kids are welcome; they even have kid games and a Foosball table.

This is a pretty cool industrial style tap room with a comfortable bar, several tables, and even some games and a foosball table. They have six of their own beers on tap, and the beers were solid examples of the styles. I hope they are able to expand the selection but I understand they are having trouble keeping beer in the place. The taproom is next to the brewing facility in a little industrial park area not too far from downtown. Well worth the stop if you are in the area and it is not too far away from Dayton. They only have the barest of food but they do allow carry in and delivery.
