A worst place to eat and drink in Vienna . No tap beer available , only bottles and 3 types .

very beautiful location with two stairs underground like the tipical cellars of Vienna! Could be a perfect pub, but unfortunately they have only few bottles of beer... good typical food selection

A beautiful cellar bar, with a decoration so as the name is presuming. A very nice atmosphere. To little but freindly staff. The choice of beer is little and only on bottle. But it’s worth to visit this bar/restaurant.

First off, the atmosphere is incredibly cool. Sections of the walls date to the early 16th century and it is fairly deep in the ground. High vaulted ceilings and large tables. Ordered one of the meat platters and it was simply wonderful. Samples some of my friends cuisine and it was great as well. Beer selection could be better, but it has the staples of the region. This place is fairly secluded, but is close in proximity to St. Stephens.
