This place was hard to find and out of the way. Not an 800+ bottle shop, probably less than half that. Do not carry a lot of items found on their website. The selection they do have though, has a lot of hard to find items, gems or odd balls not found any where else. Prices vary from reasonable to expensive. Worth a look.

Weird location, staff was somewhere between difficult and useless. Half the good beer is over 8 feet high and no one to help you get it down. Decent selection, fairly close to downtown, fairly expensive.

Difficult to get to without a car but decent selection with some interesting harder to find brews. One guy was quite helpful and friendly while other guy was useless. Don’t stuff was pricey but some was reasonable... Sorta a mixmash depending on what you are looking for. Overall with visiting if you have the time and a car.

Pretty awesome bottle shop - must be the best in Calgary. Extensive selection of imports especially, including Cantillon (quite a few on the shelf, though pricier than in BC). Some good Danish stuff too. Prices seem a bit steeper than Edmonton’s bottle shop but still not too bad. Service was friendly and attentive. A must stop when in Calgary.

The Good: Sells some rares that others don’t sell. Staff will help you if needed, or leave you alone if desired. The Bad: Lot’s of dust on things, needs a little cleaning. Website is offers things for sale they don’t have, prevents impulse buys.

Not a huge selection but the percentage of interesting brews is very high. The only guy working offered help if I had any questions.

Great selection. The guy that helped me was knowledgable and friendly enough. I will go back for more.

Nice place if a bit out of the way. Lots of variety and surprisingly quite a few hard to find or beers that are out of stock elsewhere. Pricing is a bit on the high side and when I was there it didn’t seem like they had a beer guy.

Zyn is an excellent Beer and Wine store, definitely the best in the Calgary Area, in terms of selection and service. Unfortunately prices tend to run a little high here, but considering the massive inventory the store keeps, and the number of knowledgeable staff they keep on hand, it is forgivable.

A great selection of Western Canadian, and foreign beer. The American craft selection is average, but overall the selection here is great. They have most of the good Canadian micros.
