Visited a couple of times in the past. Very quiet, cosy place. Easy to find, and parking close by if you are by car. They have several of their beers on tap, as well as bootle beers. You can either sit inside, or you can enjoy the good weather in the beergarden outside. Very friendly staff, and they serve great food that goes well with the beers. Great place to visit, go there if you are in the area. Check out their openings hours before you plan to go there...

Nice large restaurant full of old "locals"... thereís no beer tickers here. Fortunately, is was not too hard to get there... you can take a tram from Brussels to the Drogenbos Chateau (tram 82 from Gare du Midi) and then walk about 30 minutes or take bus 154 and stop at Hoogstraat. Service was a tad slow, but itís not a problem when you have such good beers to enjoy. Selection is mostly 3 Fonteinen beers, but thereís a couple of gems on the menu... 3 Fonteinen Kriekenlambik, Lambik, Faro (there wasnít any left when I went unfortunately), Hommage b2 and.... 3 Fonteinen Oude Gueuze 1997 for 39 Euros only! Food was excellent. Price for the food are ok and price for the beer is good/really good for rarer bottles and lambics on draught, but a little steep for some other bottles (Golden Doesjel @ 12,50 euros). Overall, a really nice place... I hope I will come back sooner than later and order that 1997 gueuze!

Visited maybe a month ago. Nice place, quite big, quiet. Good service, the food I had even better. Not much to say about this actually, more than decent restaurant ans as far as beer is concerned there where quite a few options. Prices for food were okay.

3F Oude Geuze 1999 for only 39 euros They used to have the first batch of Hommage as well, but now theyíre only selling the new batch. Not the biggest selection of beers, but this is a really nice cosy place to have lunch.

Visited here on during the Epic Belgian Beerrun in January 2014, right after shopping in the shop. Big, wide restaurant with a lot of tables but not so many guests. Despite that it was quite, it still took quite some time to get attended. Beerwise selection is not big. Only their own beers, some available in different vintages. We had a í97 Oude Geuze, which was terrific. Food was okay, typical Belgian cuisine. It really misses some beery ambiance.

Ok place, has a nice selection of 3 Fonteinen. Food is okay, nothing special. Staff friendly and helpfull. Does not really breath geuze like the brewery and store.

Visited after visiting the brewery, stopped for lunch. Had some pretty tasty rabbit, with some nice Drie Fonteinen beers (Hommage and lambic). The service was very curteous, I liked the inner feel of the place. They had a nice selection of 3F beers with 1997 vintage gueuze topping the list. The prices were a little steep, but once you factor that tax and tip are included, it wasnít that bad. Iíd probably stop by here everytime Iím in town, though maybe not always to eat.

Visited in October 2012.

I was very excited to come to see where the best gueuze in the world is made. Actually we didnít really get to see the brewery, but rather we just went into the gift shop and then over to the restaurant to try some beer. The restaurant wasnít serving food at the time since it was between lunch and dinner. They do serve beer during those times however. Apparently if you ask they have older bottles of the oude gueuze available to drink there as well as things like Hommage. We didnít do any of that. Instead we tried the lambic and what ever vintage of gueuze they had. I have to say, while itís great getting the amazing beer at the source, Iím not sure Iíd rank this place so highly. The town is nice and parking is easy, and itís close to Beersel, but I canít see myself spending a lot of time at this restaurant. Iíd be more likely to raid the gift shop.
