Worth a visit not so much for the beer selection, but for the ambiance and history with the old interior that hasn’t seen much change in many years. Attentive and efficient service, prices in the higher end, centrally located. Vistied at a Monday afternoon, so it was not very busy at the time.
Visited a couple times while in Brussels. Beer selection is limited (obviously) but the atmosphere is great - like a trip back in time. Not a great beer/tick stop but I think it was worth it for the history.
Classic French restaurant interior and matching service. So perhaps a bit stiff, but correct and speedy. Beers tapped very well, I have to note, full glasses. Limited selection for sure, but a freshly tapped geuze tasted surprisingly well! Prices are a high, the geuze (big glass, I admit) was 5,80... Nice bar though, liked it much better than expected.

A beautiful interior that’s alone makes it worth the visit. Unfortunately the beer available is Mort Subite, and what’s more they have very few of them.
