I really like this place. Kouji loves to talk about beer with customers (in English too) and has a very nice looking shop crammed full of beer. The prices are decent and his selection is constantly changing with standard belgian beers, tons of European beers(Mikkeller, Tool), American(Rogue, Stone, Anchor) and a smattering of other beers from around the world. In terms of Japanese micros he has a decent selection but I feel Yamaoka in Kyoto may have more variety. The service is the gold standard for me ifor a bottle shop in Japan. As left_bank said he organizes events in his shop once a month which have great food and are a good chance to meet people in the local beer scene.

Crazy booze store in north-eastern Osaka near the Keihan Takii station. Right on Route 1. 2 rooms filled with bottles. Tons of beer. Probably the second largest collection of Japanese Craft beer in the country. Lots of imports too, good stuff from all over. Some vintage beers as well--had a 1999 3F Geuze. Owner is a great guy, very friendly, likes speaking English. One of the best beer stores in Japan. Prices average. Lots of sake as well.
