Big and noisy sports bar atmosphere that happens to have a ton of bottles and a decent tap selection. Nothing real noteworthy, just a plethora of average brews. Food was good, menu was better than average for a pub, and service was standard.

Yep I now can say I have been here. Just as they all say it has a lot of bers but if your a true beer nut like most of us this place had the basics. If you find somehting you have never had then your a beginner in this business. The food was good the service nice. The beers cold and plenty but nothing special. Gkad i was there on business and had time to kill. Not bad it hot and need to cool off with a light beer.

So yeah. This isn’t the place to go after traveling for 12 hours. Got there at like 11pm and saw the bottle selection. Quite the diverse selection of Pale Lagers. They have all those ’hard to find’ ones but nothing really special or interesting. The music was on incredibly loud. After a long day of traveling, a poor selection, and obnoxious music it was time to leave. Oh yeah, kitchen closed. It took them long enough to come over I might add. Place would probably be fun with my college buddies, but this is hardly the place for a ’beer hunter.’ Believe me I was looking forward to this place and I left in less than 5 minutes.

My local, more of a sports bar/Coors Light kind of place than a beer haven. It’s the place that first got me into craft beer though with 180 bottles and their "Hall of Foam" incentive to try 75. They really don’t go out of their way on the beer, just carrying what’s available from the distributors in the area (which is limited). Draft selections are basic with about 3 rotating handles, but usually nothing special. Food is sports bar. It’s a good place to hang out with friends or watch TV and if you’re on the look out for new beers you might find 1 or 2. I haven’t found anything new there in over 3 years though.
