Average, touristy looking beer shack located right next to Gollem. They had quite a few bottles, but nothing too exciting, bar a bottle of Zomer. Prices seem pretty rather high anyways. It’s a shame Antwerp doesn’t have a decent bottle shop to speak of. Meh.

I think this place is much better than it seems. Not a huge selection, but what they do have isn’t bad by any sense of the word. Managed to find a retired bottles of 3 Fonteinen for a very reasonable price, so I left happy. The guy working behind the counter helped me find a couple of things, so the service is better than I expected too.

Very average selection and aimed at tourists, therefore expensive.

nice place to go if you’re in the neighbourhood and need something common but dont wanna go to the store and have money you wanna get rid of ( how many times does that happen ha? ) they’re so much into numbers ( 280 , was it?? ) of beers they ’have’ truth is, they dont. and what they have is 98 % common, sometimes, you get very luckey and you can find a pannepot reserva. thats the maximum. now, on what they DO have. it realy sucks that they onley have like what, 3 bottles of each? exept maybe things like jupiler ( why the hell would you buy that there? ) the staff is rather friendley, but know nothing about beers, the dutch language, and prices ( com on, trying to tall me pannepot is nowhere available beneath 3 euro’s for them to buy? i pay 1,6 in the retailer ! ) they sell at prices you pay in a bar.... just very toeristick, tying to sell them so common beers as ’special’ and overprizing them... want a good beer ? keep walking 3 houses ( gollem) or go just around the corner ( antwerps bierhuyske ) to get more for yer money

Looks like a night shop with a better than usual selection, night shop prices, standard beers mainly, better than your regular night shop. Not interested in getting anything from here. I don’t know, this really, really felt like a night shop to me and not a beer shop. Which is what this mainly is.

(Visited 12/2011): This beer store, which doesn’t earn any points for creativity in their name is located in the highly-trafficked Town Square area. The interior is relatively well-organized with shelves on both sides, categorized for the most part by brewer. Over 200 beers available pretty much all from Belgium. They had Westy 12 behind the counter as well. Service was decent, the clerk was kind enough to steer me toward a Westy and was friendly and accommodating despite the language barrier. Overall there are surely better stores in the city but given our time constraints it was a nice spot to stop quickly and grab a few beers on the way back to our tour bus.

Tourist trap

This small beer store right in Antwerp’s center is a decent option if you’re stuck shopping in the middle of Antwerp, but do not expect miracles in terms of selection. Ideally, hop in a car for nearby Grobbendonk.

Definitely tourist trap with standard Belgian beers. Anyway there were some, which I didn’t try. Staff inside wasn’t helpful at all. They have some glassware also.

I would imagine the only reason this place is on here is because they do in fact sell beers. But this place is tiny, We walking spend about 5 mins looking at the beers and walked out, nothing exciting, its only good because it is right near a tourist spot. I would go here if your just looking for a bottle to drink right there and then or if your hotel is right near by or something, I wasnt a fan
