The draft list is adequate though not expansive, at least for me, and the bottle list seems full of the strong and the rare, things that I’m not interested in, so take this rating as a matter of personal preference. I found the ambiance and interior a little too loud (visually and acoustically), and the decor and arrangement of the interior awkward. The proprietor was incredibly welcoming and friendly, but this picky beer drinker is looking for more, in terms of beer and in terms of ambiance / mood.

Nice place, a little far for center. Food is quite good, friendly service. Great selection of beers. Prices could be better. A must visit.

Se percibe cierta decadencia en este lugar. La comida no está a la altura de las cervezas que sirven. Sorprende mucho la selección de lámbicas envejecidas, Hanssens y 3Fonteinen de los años 90.

Considering it is a restaurant, I would not go there for the food only. The menu is limited to burgers, fries and salads, which are average compared to other beer places in Rome.
Service is friendly only in the bar, because on the tables they won’t serve.
If I return, it will be only for the beer. The selection is wide and good, however, the price is higher than the average in Rome for the same volumes and brews. Music was too loud so the atmosphere was not very inviting.
The location is not very handy (the closest bus stop is more than 10 minutes walking distance).

Had some difficulties getting here by walk at first, don’t go from the southern path. A spacey interior with a wide range of taps. At the time of visit a fair number of Revelation Cat brews were available. Clear and present tap list on the wall of the restaurant area. Very tasty and spice-selectable burgers available with a fair price. Decent service from the personnel though they had some *-ups a few times. A very impressive vintage bottle selection also with an expected price setting. Some points reduced from having prices displayed for merch they didn’t actually have. Well worth a visit, one of the best in Rome craft beer vise.

Visited in November 2014. Very modern bar a bit further south from most tourist destinations or other beer bars in Rome. During my visit there were 35 taps and 12 casks pouring a very impressive selection of high quality beers: Belgian lambics, Revelation Cat lambics, De Molen, Mikkeller, Struise, Boon along with numerous Italian beers. Several beers I’d rarely seen on tap like Pannepot Wild and Boon to be Wild. Prices were good for the quality and for Rome/Italy. The bottle list had some vintage lambic and other gems but for very high prices. Enjoyable ambiance with lots of stools along the bar and a decent number of tables/booths. Friendly and helpful service. An amazing bar and I hope to return someday.

My favorite place in Rome. located way off the beaten track this cavern like bar has an alluring atmosphere and is home to 30 taps + a dozen hand pumps.
The staff here know their stuff & it feels a bit like a pilgrimage coming out here. It is also one of the larger bars I visited in Rome with a good 15-20 seats at the slick bar and at least a dozen tables. Even on a weekday night it got crowded as the night went on.
When I visited they had a bunch of their house lambics & sours on tap which were great plus I tried a trio of excellent dark beers. A great night.
