BrewDog pub in a familiar sparse design making the most of the bare buildings features to compliment the new age craft available behind the bar. There is a style about it though very much removed from a traditional pub. There’s a couple of levels to the place but it’s popular enough despite being overpriced in every aspect, so at peak times you might have to stand amongst the trendies that flock here. There’s no faulting the ale selection though, if you want an extensive range of craft from BrewDog and other ’hip’ producers from both sides of the Atlantic then this is possibly the best place to come in Manchester.

My first Brewdogbar I have ever been to so far. Can’t say it is cosey, it is really like the Starbucks in beer. Too well marketed. Good thing is the beer, when I was here there were several nice brewdog collabs. Staff is friendly and good. Except for being too marketed, this is just good. Ow wait, the food was horrible as well. I heard mostly it was pretty okay, but well not this time.

My favourite so far of all the BrewDog places. It’s very similar to the others in many ways, with bare brick walls and steel beams, the usual good range of drinks and the usual pizzas and burgers. Somehow though it felt more comfortable – still trendy but also cosy. There’s a patio out front (deserted when we were there because it was snowing) and the front wall is made of glass. I suppose what’s different about it is that it cleared out at around 8.30 on a Friday evening and didn’t seem so pretentiously hip – perhaps the posers in Manchester gravitate more towards the WAG bars? All in all a good experience made even better by some excellent company.

Quite nice bottle selection and naturally a good selection of BrewDog on tap. Nice atmosphere and interiors, especially the toilets! Worth visiting when in Manchester.

Quite large and a bit industrial looking bar with a great beer selection. Sample trays were available both of their own beers and the guest beer on tap. Nice selection on tap and a great bottle selection. Friendly staff and a quite relaxed atmosphere.

this place has a hell of a bottle selection, but was really hoping for more brewdog stuff on tap .. . horribly expensive though (a sampler of 4 guest taps was 10 pounds) .. comfortable feel .. staff were good people .. . would have spent a lot more time at this place but i’m not a doctor or a lottery winner...

BrewDog Manchester’s a large, open-plan bar with an upstairs seating area. I liked the space, and found it generally inviting despite the spartan decor. I visited twice on consecutive Friday and Saturday nights, and was somewhat surprised to find it only half full on both occasions. The service was actually quite good, the staff are well-trained and friendly. The selection’s decent. I found around 8 BrewDog beers on tap, another 6 (or so) guests on draft. Guests included stuff from Nogne and Red Willow. The bottle selection is strong for BrewDog stuff, but seemed to lack interesting stuff from other breweries. The value’s a debatable point. I thought the prices were fine for most of their beers. Overall, I recommend a visit.

Nice selection of American and ’craft’ bottles some are well priced and worth buying alesmith and lost abbey in particular. Brewdogs beers are not world class and their marketing is annoying but a few of the limited ones are worth a plunge.
