Very nice/fancy liquour store. Has cheese, meats, and assorted grocieries too (oils, dips, etc). As far as the beer selection goes, it was a slightly above average, but to be honest, I was expecting a little more. They did have a nice big selection of build your own 6 pack beers to choose from. Staff seemed very friendly and helpful. Prices were fair, at best, but not great. Defintiely seems like the place to go for beer in Springfield, though. Just malke sure you hit this main store, and not their other little hole in the wall shacks around town - doubt they have the same selection.

This place is about an hour drive from my home and well worth the drive! They have a large build-a-six-pack selection of small bottles (3-bottle minimum) and a large bomber section with beers from all over the world. I was told that they keep over 1,000 beers in rotation! Not only do they have a massive selection of beer, but they also have awesome imported cheeses from around the world to pair with all that good import beer. They have a nice glassware selection as well. My wife and I have spent over two hours in a single visit just browsing! Beer tastings on Friday afternoons and wine tastings on Saturdays. They do an awesome job with their facebook page by letting you know what’s new and what’s going on in the store. Awesome place!

Great place to pick up beer. They pretty much have anything that gets distributed to the area. Always some kind of deal worth picking up. Love this place.

Great shop, stopped in while heading up to St. Louis. They have a lot of things we can’t get in Texas, and they still had Boulevard Love Child #2 (so I grabbed a bottle). They have a food section, but I didn’t look. And they have a lot of wine, and friendly staff.

Great place to purchase beer in the Springfield area. Living in Kansas City, we get the majority of the beers that are at Brown Derby, but they have a great selection of single bottles. It seemed like pretty much any beer they had, they also sold by the single bottle. I also found a couple of Boulevard Smokestacks here that sold out in Kansas City a month earlier.

Exquisite ambiance, very good service, incredible selection of craft beer in addition to its reputed wines (found many great picks that I couldn’t find at my local Macadoodle’s in Joplin), excellent value, tremendous store all-around.

The best place to buy craft beers in Springfield. Great selection with generally reasonable prices. Not likely to find a lot of the truly interesting stuff cold, but I don’t think you’ll find that anywhere else in Springfield either. Can’t speak much to the staff’s knowledgeability, but they are much friendlier than many of the other Brown Derby stores.

Big selection, they say 1000. Lots of excellent craft beers but the counter help are clueless. Went to a small BD on the city edge and found a very small but impressive selection - again counter staff are clueless.

I went to a couple of the Brown Derby’s in Springfield. They had a small selection of singles, but at least they were quality beers. The overall selection was not great, but as good as I have seen outside of KC, StL and Columbia while in MO. The shelves held a lot more of the craft brews than the coolers. I found a few new ones and the prices were decent. Certainly worth a look if you find yourself in Springfield.

This was my second trip, and was amazed by all the hard to find beers that they stocked. The staff was very friendly and knowledgable. No better beer store in Springfield. The prices are very competitive. The selection of both aisle and cooler items was awesome. Plus, the make your own six pack selection had a lot of great beers to choose from.
