A bit of a tourist trap. Expensive too. A couple of decent beets brewed on the premises. Ok.

Central location near main train station. A dozen tables on outdoor patio. Glass ceiling offers lots of light and hanging plants appear thriving. Light wood tables and plexiglass domes for natural lighting make for pleasant environment. Very open feel with bar backed against an exterior red brick wall. Red brick arches throughout the dining area with shiny copper brewing vessels interspersed.
2-liter growlers available to-go.
Basement level with rows of tables to accommodate large groups. Service is somewhat surly but not too slow for a city where tips are automatically added to the bill and server behavior shows it. Slow lunch service and were never asked if we wanted a second beer. Across the street from the hop-on-hop-off tourist bus stop.
Drinking age is 18+ for "strong drink".
typical high-end prices: Kr33 for 25cl glass.

I liked this place (and I realise that seems to place me squarely in the minority). Great location, and I thought the house beers were quite good, as well as eclectic. My service was fine, although it was a Sunday afternoon and it wasn’t busy. The skylights provide plenty of natural light and provide a certain cheeriness to the joint. Prices aren’t cheap but pretty par for Copenhagen, I suppose. Overall, this is a much better brewpub than the one down the street.

Little place near the train station. Only four house beers on tap, but tons of rotation and seasonals, apparently. The beers were alright for the most part, particularly the two wheat beers. Prices are okay for Copenhagen.

Average overpriced Pilsner served in a tourist trap. Not recommended.

Next door to the Tivoli gardens, so if you need a beer, by all means. Not very inventive, rather pricey, try to find time to visit some of the better bars ten minutes away!

An overpriced brewpub which concentrates mainly on food. It is located against one of the entrances to Tivoli Gardens and as such is a high volume. fast turnaround restaurant. Not really a place to enjoy a brew, their own beers are reasonable but they are concentrating on the food. Best of a bad bunch of you are not venturing more than a few hundred metres from Tivoli.

Not a pleasent welcome on arrival. rude staff.(maybe they were overworked?) we orderd a beer and was then told to go down to the cellar. filled with people on the top floor and nobody in the cellar. Not the place to go if you just want to drink beer

A tourist trap in the city centre. Quite unpleasant service. We asked if they had sample trays, but they didn’t and the staff was a bit rude. We just bought a small Påskebryg and went down in the basement as we were told to (as we were not eating). Fresh beer and a central location, but far from the top of my list of beer places in Copenhagen.

My wife and thought this place lovely. It is very modern and caters for the tourist trade and well-to-do locals. Well lite, bright and very aware of its location.
As you enter there are two tables to stand and just drink at (on the right) or a host of tables around a huge hole that has stairs leading down to more tables and the toilets. The brewing equipment is also within the aforementioned hole.
The place was heaving when we arrived, we were shown to a table right next to the brewing kit, and looked after very well by two young ladies who spoke perfect English (as did every Dane we met).
There were three draught beers available, a Pilsner, a Black Smoked Porter and a Haslenut beer. The Pilsner was fine, the Smoked porter was also good, the Haslenut beer was fantastic.
Our food was also top notch; my Spare Ribs were cooked to perfection and well presented. My wifes Chicken Breasts and Jacket Spud equally good.
This was our first Danish bar/pub on our Copenhagen European Beer Fest weekend. I didn’t have a better beer all weekend than the Haslenut one!
