Stopped by on a wednesday early and found an attentive staff, a great tap list, and fancy bar food. They had six of their own beers on tap plus dozens of other taps most of which were not common. It is a small place that I can see filling up. It has its own parking lot and is worth the stop of only for their own beers.

Not the place it used to be. Bottle selection is still outstanding but tap selection while large has become somewhat boring. Food remains the only reason to visit if you in the neighborhood but I wouldn’t make a special trip

Seemed like I had a different expereicne here than most people. Ambiance was really crowded and cramped square bar with dining around it. Service was not great, but acceptable given how busy it was. Selection was pretty nice bettween their beers and other they had in bottle and taps. Decently priced, but nothing too special.

Doesn’t look like the building was originally for a brewery but a nice large bar with a few TVs. Service was good and bartender was quite friendly. Selection is top notch for both bottles and taps with a number of nice taps available. Didn’t try the food on my visit but the prices were very competitive. A great stop IMO.

The tap selection is the best on the westside. The ambiance is lacking in comparison to a place like Lizardville.

Good American bar, with great selection of beers all different styles, but just slightly less amazing standard atmosphere and food.

Stopped in on a Saturday afternoon. The parking lot is small, but appears to be of ample size. I walked in and was able to have a seat at the bar right away. I could have had a table if I had wanted one. They weren’t overly busy. The draft list was badass. Tons of sours, about 7 or 8 house beers on draft, and several other micros available. I think they had about 30 drafts and a cask running. The bottle list was fairly lengthy, and they actually gave a discount if you wanted to take the beer home rather than drinking it on site. I would definitely recommend stopping in here. My expectations were met and then some.

When I visited: May 2012. What I had: Stoudts Pils (draught), North Coast Ruedrich’s Red Seal Ale (draught), Creamy Cheddar & Ale Soup, Garden Salad. What I liked: mind-blowing tap list, two cask engines, many hard-to-find draughts and bottles, large comfortable bar, Stanley Cup Playoffs on the flatscreen, good crowd, capable servers, awesome breweriana throughout the interior. What I disliked: food was average. Would I go back? Definitely. Overall Rating: 92

Very comfortable place, staff were very nice. Good selection on draft, great selection in bottles including some beers I’ve never had. Excellent place to drink, my favorite around Cleveland. If you are from out of town go to the water and check out the homes and the great views of downtown Cleveland.

wow the people who told me about this place were not kidding what a selection of beer stopped in for lunch and was amazed had the fried balogna dsandwhich and was blown away will becoming back here before i leve cleveland the service was quick and friendly and it didnt cost me an arm and leg
