Stopped in for quick beer and must say I liked this place. My understanding is that this is not in the most glamorous area, but I felt more than safe. Nice little bar with long bar and some table. Nice tap list made up of mostly local and regional offerings. Didnít eat but food looked good.

First rating of this place. Craft beer comes uptown! I am surprised this place hasnít been rated yet. Are you all scared to venture north of 72nd Street? A fun beer bar in Washington Heights, and unlike every single other craft brew joint, I have been in, it is not primarily the domain of white guys. Atmosphere is pretty cool, with several TVs showing sports events, including South American and European soccer. The service is friendly, and the beer selection always has a couple of nice surprises and good local brews. The food is interesting - pub grub with an international twist and a number of Mexican dishes. At what other bar can you order a Korean-style taco and wash it down with a clementine wit from Clown Shoes? Iíll be coming back to this place for sure.
