Decent amount of parking in the lot, with plenty more free spots for parallel parking just a little further away. A nice outside area with several large picnic tables. Inside they offer an old school Pacman arcade which is totally free to play. Awesome! Not the largest selection of beers, but the variety is pretty good, including some special items. The bartenders are very cool and very nice, whether youíre ordering pints or flights, and they use a small assortment of glassware with the variety of beer types. Food is offered by food trucks, which circulate through a few different ones every week. (The Bavarian Chef is quite good.)

Came here on a Friday night with jackl, pleasure drinking with you sir. Fairly crowded with student types and a good number of old folks like me. Service was suitably slow but very pleasant. Beers were creative and well done. They had a food truck with fish and chips. Nice outdoor tables and a cornhole pitch. Nice place.

Great location, well-designed tap room. Championís easily walkable from downtown Cíville. The ambiance is industrial, clean, inviting. Thereís usually 6-8 beers on tap, no guests. The service is attentive and professional. The only gripe I have with this place is their bizarre portfolio of offerings. Champion brew some great stuff, but they also have a tendency to trip over themselves by releasing experimental brews that fail more often than they succeed. Thus, a flight at Championís a bit like a game of Russian roulette. Luckily, the attractive prices offset the risks of ordering their experiments. I now see trying the experimental stuff as a bit of fun. Overall, definitely worth visiting.

A pretty minamalist but friendly tap room. Five beers on tap. Tried a flight of 4. Kudos for brewing outside the box. All were solid and inventive.

Went on a Sunday with Drake and Jackl. Pretty nice, very spacious taproom with a cold, industrial feel. Nice long bar, some tables, couches, etc. Was fairly empty when we went. Good, varied selection on draft. Did a flight and filled a few growlers. Fair prices, nice, friendly atmosphere. There was a food truck in the parking lot. Pretty nice place.

Brand new Charlottesville brewery opened about 4 hours ago. The pace was pretty packed, but seeing as it was opening day, thatís to be expected. Itís in an industrial building near the Belmont neighborhood and very close to downtown and South Street Brewery. Boring cinder block walls are nicely accented by a long metal bar, dark ceiling and old-school lightbulbs. It looks nice. There is a small parking lot behind, and a decent amount of street parking. No food, but they will soon have a selection of menus of places who will deliver. Prices on drafts and growlers are reasonable. Four beers on tap at the time I visited, all of them were quite good and the kolsch and porter were very excellent. The bartender Drew is personable and hard working, but anyone reading this should really discount my service score as Iíve known this guy for years now. That being said, he was giving friendly, efficient service to everyone else, also. A very nice start and I can already see I will be coming here often.
