Nice selection of craft beers. You can enjoy good beers and read comic books. Atmosphere could be better.

At the moment "the" place if you are serious about your beers in Turku.

An old haunt of mine, before it was as profiled on craft/smaller beers. Decor has stayed pretty much the same though with loads of comics and games. Caters to a more alternate crowd as has been said by others. Knowledgeable staff who like to talk about the beers and are very nice. Not much space though and a DJ plays albums pretty loud on weekend evenings. A surprisingly varied selection on draft as well. A lot of bottles. Prices are a bit lower than in Finland in general.

Pretty good selection of bottles and some rarer taps too. The prices aren’t too bad and the comic selection makes this place a valid choice even when your friends fail you. Great pub.

Comic book themed bar in Turku. Has experienced a very nice increase in beer sortiment during the last few years, so if you visited a long time ago, give it another shot! Good sortiment including also some quite unusual ones. If you’re looking for New World beers, this is the place in Turku you’ll want to visit. Occasional live music/events on weekends. Staff knows about beer.

Big selection of very much handpicked beers (probably the most obscure selection in Turku, in a good way). Mostly good breweries only on bottle. Also has a crapload of ciders, and so far I’ve always had to leave something unrated behind me when leaving this nice place. Quite many "alternative people" around (artists, hippies, cartoonists etc).

Note: 70 bottles is beer, they have about 25 ciders too. This is one of the best bars in Turku now. They have comic book -theme and thanks for this it is popular among the hippies, students, nerds and musicians :) Bottled selection has some interesting beers like ones from Haandryggeriet, BrewDog, Victory and O’Haras. If you click "Juomat" on their website you can see the latest listing. Staff seems beer-knowing.
