We visited here on my birthday Friday 16th November 2012. The brewery and shop are located on a fairly bland industrial 1970s looking trading estate. The shop is right at the front and the door to the left on entry will take you through to where you can buy beers and merchandise (shirts, beer towels, glasses etc) They had a nice choice of their own beers when we arrived with Belgian IPA, Green Hop IPA, Six Hop IPA and Imperial Stout complimenting a few of the standard range such as Espresso. There was a small range of others beers such as the odd offering from Crouch Vale, Thornbridge etc; I was given a free small sample of the Green Hop IPA which I must say was superb from handpump, glorious in fact and far better than in the bottles that I purchased (though these were good!) prices for these beers was about £3 a bottle. The chap serving us was very friendly and helpful. I wouldn’t necessarily make a special journey here but would certainly go if passing close by, we did wish to go to The Partridge but it had yet to open when we were driving past on the way to Brighton.
