Never ordered online, but always visit the store when I’m around the brewery or the restaurant. Selection is wonderful, with loads of de Molen brews ofcourse and mainly focused on Scandinavian, USA and other European brews (and not Belgian and Dutch). Pricing is very adequate and has much improved from earlier years. Service is friendly. I heard they sometimes throw some extra in when you order online, but they usually offer some extra to me as well when I’m around, so no problem for me picking it up myself ;-)

I’ve ordered twice now and can say that Joost and the team are very good. The website is easy to navigate with excellent selection of especially De Molen (which are fantastic) but also many other top brewers. Prices seem very competitive to me and the DHL mailings come quick. No complaints. Keep ’em coming.

Yost is the man at the counter and he knows everything about the shop. The selection is incredible as it seems to be tailored at the best beer possible rather than just a wide range. DeMolen is presented in full form and a wide selection of beers from its rivals. Amazing shop and I intend to visit often.

Easy to navigate website, all the De Molen beers and also beers from the US, England and a bunch of other european countries. I liked the fact that you are able to know how many bottles of a specific beer are still available. Good prices I would say, some special offers were posted too. The team kept me informed via email about all the stages of my order. I placed my order on a Friday night, I got my box Thursday with DHL. Not bad at all considering it was the three day Easter weekend in between. The beers came in a double carton box with dividers in it, all separately wrapped with bubble wrap, very carefully prepared box. Orders above 100 euros are shipped free of charge, at least in the Netherlands.

Woot woot. Although I enjoy the 400kms day trip to DeMolen, the online store sure is a nice alternative for a fuel-saving option. Easy to navigate order-website. Lightning fast delivery via DHL with a next day delivery and about four days between order and delivery. Good tracking info with emails status sent out along every step of the order. Can’t complain about the DM selection, prices are more than fair. Great shipping prices with only 12 euros for a 12 shipper box.

My only pet peeve is with the prices of beers outside of DM which I find a tad on the high side. Similarly, some of the beers up for sale have been at their store for quite some time. For example, I remember seeing some of them almost two years ago (the Hornbeer bitter beer comes to mind as do the LoverBeer) which has me question the fresh date of some of the bottles (given their high price).
All in all, a great deal for the DM beers.

Fast replies to emails, fast shipping. Good selection and great prices on the De Molen beers! But...there were no replies to my emails regarding a bottle that was 33 cl instead of the ordered 75 cl. It’s not that hard to reply to emails, right?
