Stopped in for lunch. Very friendly and knowledgable bartender. More than willing to provide small tasters before ordering. Around 15 beers on draft and another dozen in bottles -- all Dogfish Head and therefore interesting.

great food, lots of DFH beer on tap and in bottles (w/some vintage), great service... can’t complain... I would eat here a lot if I lived up here.

Absoluely jam packed at lunchtime on a Friday. Atmosphere resembles Ruby Tuesday. Selection was a bit better than other locations, and they do interesting things with a randall. Growlers too. Food is decent brewpub. Service was good despite being busy.

HAD to go here since we wouldn’t be making it all the way out to Dogfish Head’s HQ on this road trip. The ale houses aren’t owned by DFH but the owners and DFH work closely to ensure the brand and appearances are in line with DFH’s goals. That was nice to hear. The selection was fantastic! Almost everything DFH is making was on tap. You could sample unlimited beers as long as you were also ordering food and beers. I got a $9 beer sampler which had beers I’ve already had but it was still fun to have the 60, 75 and 90 minute IPAs side by side. Food was great and we left with a 4-pack of Chicory stout and a t-shirt. The staff was fantastic! I have nothing bad to say about them. For lunch time on a Saturday, there were plenty of bar seats available. Don’t buy beer here. Total Wine in the same shopping center had all the same stuff. Example: World Wide Stout was $20 at the ale house but $9 at Total wine 100 yards away. Overall, a very nice experience!

A nice place from the respect that they offer some of the rarer Dogfish Head beers...but the prices are ridiculous and the decor reminds me of a poorly done Applebees or Ruby Tuesdays.

Awesome place! Service was great, food was good, and a nice selection of Dogfish beers. They even have a sampler with six Dogfish brews, incase your not familiar with their beers. I had the Black and Red, never had or seen that one before, although it was $9, it was well worth it!

This DFH Alehouse has a chain restaurant feel that detracts from my enjoyment. The service is adequate but not special. The tap and bottle selection is fine, though I was hoping for more. While I like the from-the-tap blend for 75-minute IPA, I really wanted the cask version. I did not order food here, but the menu is the same as at least the Seven Corners location, if not Gaithersburg too. The prices are a bit high; $7 for a pint. Ho hum, another average place.

One of my favorite to places to eat and drink or even just to eat. Everything on the menu has been above average. Beer is fantastic, although a little pricey. Strongly recommended.

Great place, but they could work on the prices. The caesar dressing that came with my salad was very think - like, mashed-potatoes thick. Not a complaint, just an observation. Great beer, though,

Stopped in for a few pints. Decent selection on tap, though I think quite overpriced. Service was fine, if you don’t mind being waited on by a bunch of Jersey Shore wanna-bes. Theobroma on tap was a big disappointment.
