A nice brewery housed in a historic building in downtown Ellicott City. The brewery is just beyond the glass from the bar dining area, just across from the bar itself. There were 8 house beers available, all quality brews. The food was quite good and service very friendly. Definitely worth a stop if you are nearby.

Very cool building right on the main drag, several levels and a loft. Friendly staff. Four regular beers and four seasonals on draft. Beers are decent enough, but a bit dilute. Food was OK, but heavy on the fried stuff. A decent stop if passing by.

Ate here with the family early June 2012. Great little town. The place was quaint and had a downstairs area with a bar and an upstairs loft area. The beers were 8 strong, ranging from OK to above average, but no outstanding ones. The food was above average but nothing to write home about. My wife got a stale pretzel roll for her sandwich. My chicken chesapeake was delicious. Overall a nice place, but not a great place overall. Service was good at first, but got bad at the end.

I wish I could rate them on their beers alone because I thought they were delicious, good foods some exotic such as alligator overall a nice brew pub.

Stopped in for lunch. Food was good, a little pricey but maybe the location drives that. They specialize in lagers / bock which is different. I enjoyed the selection as I typically have ales. Nice old building.

Nice location in downtown Ellicott City with plain, vintage decor inside. Service was fine for a midweek lunch. Pretty good crabcake and homemade chips. Will have to go back and get a beer sometime, although they seem to focus on German styles which aren’t really my favorite.

Nice place. Lots of hard wood. Old building in an historic town. Beer was average at best. Nothing to write home about at all.

Beer has gone downhill wonder if they are reducing the contents of the beer to keep a certain price point. Warm crisps are great the smoked chop is growler. Take home growlers of beer and steamed crabs (from Crossroads Pub in Dayton MD) will still be my favorite Birthday dinner tho

Nice location, an old building in the old portion on Ellicott City. Had some wings and sampled the beers they had on tap. Beer was average at best across the board. Nothing really stood out. Liked the ambience of the place though.
