70 Dive little place with a couple of nice beers on tap, had the house blonde- nice beer, and a nice beer from Brasserie Dupont I hadn’t had before. Worth a stop if time but not up to some of the others around town. |
56 Small place with a pretty boring selection of beer. OK bar but nothing special. |

8 saw a mouse run across the floor and found a band-aide in my salad. |
82 Visited twice early May 2016. Smallish place that would likely get crowded fast, nice when we were there though. Fast service, nice tap list. I’d go back again for sure! Across the street from the 2nd Story brewery, also very close to Khyber and Revolution House. |
42 Typical craft beer that was probably great a bunch of years ago, but just hasn’t evolved. Staple Belgian’s you can get anywhere that are a dime a dozen. Not worth stopping by. |
72 Smelled like crap. After drinking one beer I left smelling like stinky, greasy food. I thought the beer was somewhat overpriced and there was not that much seating. There was an upstairs that I did not visit. If you are into foreign beers I would give it a chance. |
80 Small Belgium beer bar in the centre of Pennsylvania. Very good selection and nice ambience. |
82 Super tight and cozy (read: hole in the wall), though I haven’t yet been upstairs, so I’m giving myself an incomplete. Friendly and relaxed, very dark and nearly oozing with history. Bottle list is large and gives a robust trip through Belgium, taps a little more hit or miss but usually offering something more than a little interesting. Helps anchor that block/two area that makes Old City such a magnet for beer. |
