Nice place a bit off the beaten track. Quite decent selection of beers, but no beer menu (just look in the fridges). Very friendly and attentive staff. Nice and tasty food and a pleasant atmosphere. Well worth a visit.

Follow the railway tracks from Balti Jaam on the outside of town (see the map, the line that heads up kopli) and dive left as soon as you emerge on telliskivi. It’s tucked away in the courtyard of one of the blocks down there. A great place for tasty lunches, or a proper evening meal. They have all of the typical "James from Drink Bar" imports. Whilst one could be negative and say that it’s just the same interesting beers as everywhere else that does interesting beers, and therefore doesn’t stand out at all, you still have to remember that the number of good beer bars is still limited, so all of them deserve plaudits.
