Went before work, after a long night of drinking. Stumbled upon the place in search of gyros. I walked in, asked where I could find gyros, and they were very helpful in pointing me in the right direction. Gyro place ended up being "closed for vacation", but I couldnít help but notice the large selection of craft beer bottles and 4 taps there. Came back later after having a mediocre sandwich that wasnít a gyro. There were probably at least 300 bottles there, with some stuff I hadnít seen before. Ended up getting a 22oz Dominion Double D DIPA and a Sierra Nevada Beer Camp. Guy who helped me out was knowledgeable about beer. All the beer sits crowded on shelves in the back of the store, mingling with the storage area. At least itís reasonably dark, and air-conditioned in the store. Good ST stuff on tap. Store attendent was knowledgeable and helpful. Will return each time I am in Findlay Market.

Originally reviewed: 12/30/08. I had heard pretty good things about this store. This city must be in dire need of good brews if this is the "hot spot." Donít get me wrong, they do carry some great brews, just not many of them. The selection was scant at best. I saw some Founders, Stone, Bellís, Goose Island, Victory, Bear Republic, and a few others. Their website claimed a very large list of brews that they íalwaysí have on hand, but I saw maybe half of what they claimed. They carried a few single bottles that you could make a mixer with, but mostly it was sixers and bombers. What did make me happy was that they carried the limited release brews from GI. I picked up a 4-pack of Matilda for about $11. Donít have a reference to compare that price to, so not sure if itís a deal. If youíre in the city and need some good beer, hit this spot up. Just donít expect to have the best selection.
[EDIT] - New review on 6/1/10.
Stopped here again when in town to visit the in-laws. Their beer selection is much better than I remember! They carried much more in number and carried many more breweries. Saw some from Goose Island, Southern Tier, alot from Troegs, Two Brothers, Victory, etc. This is much-improved. I grabbed some Flying Mouflan and was on my way. Nice selection.

Went up with my friend and was very pleased. Only one complaint.. and it just because it is what I do, more focus on some obscure beers, everything I saw was pretty main stream making it hard to pick out something new... but that is really a small very small small complaint

Dan and Patrick have the best place to visit when in Findlay, besides a nice selection of wine, they also have a great selection of beer on the shelves and a nice rotation of beers on tap. The uncorked bar is a great place to go relax, chat up the crew and not worry about a thing. A must stop when in Findlay

For a man from Florida in small town Ohio, this is impressive. There are no rare beers, but there are seasonals, standards, and a nice selection of MidWest micros. They have solid selections from Great Lakes, Founders, Bellís, AleSmith, New Holland, and Southern Tier. The staff has a good knowledge of beer, or they will find out an answer. They do beer tastings in their wine bar in the back. Nice place for FIndlay, Ohio.
