Friendly neighboorhood beer shop. Couple sheves of imports and 8 fridges of beers for take-away specializing in regional micros. Small well thought out tap list. Staff was friendly.

PERFECT SCORE! Bottle shop that has 12 taps, and allows flights. Order the cheese plate. It is AWESOME or any of the other food. Beer is always rotating and seasonal. You can’t open bottles there but they are priced for take home not on site. They got growlers too and the beers are sorted by GEO. Check it out, good hang out.

Pretty cool little store front that is kind of hard to find if you don’t know what your looking for as it is in a basement like unit. Nice selection for both growler fills and bottles to go. Few tables in back where people were drinking flights and eating cheese. Would be a regular if I lived locally. They did not have a ton of hard to find stuff, but I have a feeling that the good stuff flies off the shelves. They had Cantillon at one point today according to their Facebook page, but was well gone by the time I showed up.

I walked in and got very excited about the selection until I found out that there was no on-premise consumption allowed except what was on draught. So I had to pass up a dozen beers I would rather drink to have a mediocre IPA. Why not just charge a corking fee and let me sit down with what I really want to drink? Atmosphere was a little cramped but pleasant enough. (My "Selection" rating is based on what I could choose from for drinking on premise, because that’s what I came for.)

Good store with a very nice and large but not inspired or noteworthy selection. You won’t get bored. If I were living in the neighborhood I would certainly shop there as regular spot. The prices are pretty good and it is part of the new wave of beer stores that deserve to be supported.

This place is one of my go-tos for growler fills now. Bottle selection is good, with a large cold case selection. Get some less common stuff on tap but the bottle selection is usually pretty standard fare (with a few special release selections, like from Founders). Decent prices for this part of the city and a bit closer for me than WF/NB. Also nice to have a pint while you’re there, and they’re generous with letting you taste what’s on tap before buying.

Nice little bottle shop, nothing crazy interesting or rare but a nice cozy space to drop by. Nice help from the ladies working there, some interesting rotating taps and alright single bottles focusing on East Coast beers. Lots of stuff missing from shelves that they ’normally’ have. Nice enough spot.

Not very good shop, the personel isn’t very helpful, and the prices are a little high.

This is New York City’s version of Bruisin’ Ales. (If you don’t know what Bruisin’ Ales, get thee to Asheville as soon as possible.) smallish beer store in the east village with a ton of American local, regional, and national craft. Everything is available as a single which is awesome. It looks a bit like a New England Packie from ghe outside but when you realize you have the run of the place in additon to 12 shelves they also have 7-9 coolers. Prices ad what you would expect for NY. They also sell growlers with 12 beers on tap. They have tables and you can also buy a pint to drink as you walk around the store and thy have a limits bar food menu. It’s nice to visit places that are all about beer.

Small store with lots of coolers a handful of taps and some food which i didnt eat. Really nice and helpful staff. Smaller inventory than some other stores in Manhattan but it’s got a nice vibe. Worth stopping in at.
