Good "brewpub" feel. Selection is pretty high for a brewpub. Service was fine, if a little slow. Beer is well-priced, food priced a little higher. But the food I tasted was good. Overall good place; would be tempted to come back when Iím in Chicago, even if it is slightly out of the way.

Very cool brewpub. Was packed when I was there. Staff was fairly knowledgeable, prices were high and service was slow. but the tap list rocked and I got to try a ton of new beers.

Had a great time at the Black Friday Tasting Session. I couldnít think of a better place to spend Black Friday. Had a chance to talk and have beers with TheAlum and Adam Jackson.
We ordered a few different plates and all the food was above average and just what was needed after sampling all the 2013 bourbon county variations. Prices are what you would expect in the city. I wanted to try more of the brews but I was simply too caught up in drinking as much BCS as I could. I could see returning to this historical brewpub without question.

Stopped in for the 25th Anniversary Party and was glad I did. The atmosphere was nice and the service was good. The beer list was great, as was the food. Value was good too, especially for being in Chi-Town. Iím impressed.

A tickers paradise and just a short CTA ride out of the city Centre. The tap selection is immense. Quality was generally good. Flights were no problem and the service cannot be faulted. Would certainly return.

Lots of beers on taps. Some very usual Goose Island brews some a bit more rare. Somehow most of the sections of the restaurant were closed and the tables left were quite uncomfortable. Food selection wasnít that good. But beer was good. Had a bit mixed feelings about this place. After 4 beers I was much more okay with the minor flaws...

Was not that impressed. Average bar decor. Ok selection. 50/50 on food. Kind of high prices for a brewpub.

Visited numerous times over 3 trips to the area.
Large open space with plenty of tables and never seems to be too crowded, but I havent been during a special event. The bartenders are much nicer and more helpful than the waiters. If you want a beer go to the bar. In fact, even if you want to eat go sit at the bar.
Lots of beers to pick from. They seem to replace taps every day or so. Always something new to try. They have lots of different styles from mild ales to strong Belgian ales, to stouts, to fruit beers. And the majority of it is at least somewhat enjoyable. You can always get Bourbon County on tap too if thatís something you enjoy.
The food is quite good and interesting, and priced accordingly. Definitely an upscale type of place when it comes to the food.
Would definitely visit again when in the area.
