Stopped here during the weekend of GABF 2012. It is located in a kind of obscure area, but the taproom is pretty nice. They had around 10 different beers available during my visit. The beers here focus on German styles of beer, which I love. It looks like they also branch out into others styles, like the scotch ale they had available when I was there. I was pretty impressed with the beer they offered and the brewery as a whole.

Great place to get a beer. There is not a lot of variety in the taste of the beers, but what you get is good.

cool tasting room - great value if you have an AHA card - buy 1 pint get 1 free! - really nice way of displaying what beers are on tap - nice selection with their standards and limited offerings.

warehouse area. small interior. 6-7 beers on tap, specializing in german-style lagers. friendly and very knowledgeable bartender on my visit. fun beer.

Small and a bit cramped, like the waiting area for a small doctors office. However, the beer is spot on, and a true treat if you like German styles. The guy running the place at the time was very kind, informative, and perhaps a little too chatty. Apparently they have some beers that are only available in bottles or on tap at the brewery, which is unfortunate because it’s not the best place to visit, even though the prices are very budget friendly. The beer rocks, but the venue is ’meh’

Very small space in an industrial park - you can probably fit 16 people in here without the fire marshal showing up - a bit cramped, even without a lot of people in it - however, there are positives here - only five or six beers, but the brewer seems to know what he is doing, especially with the german styles - the brewer and his wife were bartending when I was there - both were friendly and chatty - seemed like the kind of folks that were too nice to be running a business, so I wish them luck - prices were quite nice (4 bucks for a tray of five tasters, 9 bucks a growler fill) - some neat brewerania in the form of old german beer cans everywhere - truthfully, not the greatest place to visit, but a promising new brewery - I hope they start distributing throughout the state soon.

Really a gem among a host of great breweries in Northern Colorado. These guys make lots of great German brews and push the envelope in developing some German styles that haven’t been brewed since Reinheitsgebot was instituted. The tasting room is a little cramped but the customer service is excellent and friendly. What you get is a cool, cramped hangout with plenty of quality or better German beers. My personal favorite is their Dunkel, Fearless Youth.

Stopped in here on 9/16/10. Nice looking place with some awesome artwork on the walls (it’s really just their beer labels as canvas paintings, but they’re awesome!). Talked to Aaron and got the rundown of what they’re doing. He also took us all through the brewery and answered all of our nerdy questions. They have the perfect gimmick for just doing German beers. Although I myself am a Kraut, I sometimes find it hard to appreciate the easy drinking beers inspired by the homeland. It wasn’t hard to appreciate these beers though. Very well made. A great little place to stop in if you’re near.

Only Open 6 weeks, These guys are what beer is in it’s beginning. Aaron and Don are very dedicated to their craft.. The brewery is as I said is in it’s infancy. However, the beer is good, Not over the top ( what I like ) The Taproom is pleasant with an atmosphere that craft beer aficionado’s will enjoy. The release of Big Bad Wolf was today Sept 3 2010 at 4PM I won’ review the beer yet due to tasting several offerings, I will say it’s worth the trip if in the area.
