Hol’Ab!

Nice and orderly getrankemarkt not far from the highway. Usual suspects ala bigger brands, but a good selection of locals and newer german crafts, Bremer, BRLO, Crew replublic, etc. Some standard belgians etc aswell. Cheap prices.

Franchise store a few minutes outside downtown (by car). Nowadays, they have a larger selection of German craft beer, as well as some european. Staff is mostly bored and if you have a question, they have to ask someone else. Offers are intresting, but not available (2 from 3 times). Just buying bargains.

Hol’Ab! is a chain of (franchised) bottle shops. As well as the usual boring Pils by the crate, it carries a decent selection of more interesting German (notably but not exclusively Bavarian) beers. There’s no great rarities here, but the range is rather better than your average supermarket Getränkemarkt.
