Went here on Saturday night. They opened last year I guess, and are doing well from the look of things. Live cover music from a local college kid set the mood. Bartenders were pretty knowledgeable about their products and nice. The selection is very good, with some rarer/hard to find beers available. Definitely for the initiated. The value was good, I like that they have half-pints. Overall, a good time, I’ll be back

Arizona in general needs more places like this. Fantastic craft beer line-up with 28 constantly rotating taps and here is the real quicker....they’re affordable! Most pints run for $3.50. The staff is friendly and they also allow dogs. Hops On Birch encompasses Flagstaff culture. If you’re a craft beer drinker you need to stop here.

Nice beer bar in downtown Flagstaff with an easy going and laid back staff serving an excellent selection of beer. Good rotating selection of 28 taps with both local and national selections. No food, but there’s a decent Mexican Food place right next door.
