Little corner dump in Clifton that’s pretty small and dirty, but they have a decent craft beer selection (although I’d avd buying IPAs there because I wouldn’t count on the being super-fresh. No deli anymore.

This was my main micro brew place from 1999-2003. Good selection, although not all that big. When Joey was there, the ambiance was better, but still can’t complain.

Down McMillan a few blocks west from the main drag of restaurants and shops near campus, Joey’s Deli is a bit of a misnomer. Don’t come in here expecting a fresh sandwich, as it’s more of a corner convenience store. That said, there is a pretty decent selection of six-packs from breweries like Rogue, Great Lakes, Bell’s, Dogfish Head, and Anderson Valley and a bunch of other CA brewers. There are also some 22 oz. bottles for sale, mostly Rogue and a few others, plus a decent selection of bottles from places like India and Sri Lanka if you’re looking to rate some countries. The prices are fair. The place is small, not particularly clean, and has one clerk who doesn’t say much. There are also a few aisles of junk food and cheap wine. So there isn’t much of an ’experience’ here, but if you’re looking for a decent six-pack, this will do it, and you might even find something you haven’t seen before.

Pretty much a mom&pop type of deli/quick stop close to University of Cincinnati’s campus that has a pretty good stock of imports and craft beers. Not the greatest ambiance inside, but the people that run it do try to help you. If I lived on the south part of campus again this would be my go to place.
