Visited on Saturday 30th January 2015. Walked a few minutes to Kash from the station. Itís a building all on itís own next to a busy road. Inside is a brewing kit then the place opens out into seating area and a bar at the end. A Chester beer blog event was on so we hit lucky as all the beers were from the local area with several from Redball and Blueball (sister pub in Frodsham) plus other we added to the list. Had to add quite a few beers too. Beer was pretty decent, mix of cask and keg and a good mix of styles. Service was friendly, prices decent. Nice place. Food looked good but didnít try it. Best place in Chester on this visit.

Bit outside of city center. I have to say Iíve expected something very different. Music was obnoxiously loud, couldnít hear myself talking. Thereís a nice patio outside. About 7 beers on tap. It autumn so they had some octoberfest specials on tap. So so.

Traditional building from the outside with an eclectic inside, comprising of strange sunflowers, decent tap selection, top notch burgers, attentive staff. Music selection almost like making a mix tape for myself.

In its own building just around the corner from the railways station and below the rising main road, this brewpub serves its own range of ales with a decent selection of styles on offer. Itís fairly small and simple inside feeling very much like a student pub which is backed up by the very young clientele that frequent the venue. Thereís a small outdoor area sandwiched between the two roads that practically run parallel to each other on either side of the building.

This is the Blue Ball Brewery tap room, went on a saturday afternoon and it was quite dead. Good selection of Blue Ball beers on tap witha couple of guests and the usual suspects in terms of bottles. The food menu looked good but we had already eaten. I would go here again but mainly to see what the food is like
