Within the old railway building. Nice quaint atmosphere, friendly staff. The place is a little shabby but this adds to atmosphere. Six cask ales on with three keg lagers and two keg ciders. Bathams was on cask along with a couple of local microbrews and some from further afield. Nice place.

On the station that serves both British Rail and the Severn Valley Railway (SVR). The best pint of Batham’s for miles. The old place is a bit tatty around the edges now but it is still a lovely bar to have a pint or two along with a cheese bap. Looks run down, but it opens up to become a fairly large L shaped room with plenty of seating and views out onto the platforms. Been here many times, usually before a football match but other times when on the SVR. Will be in here again soon: Kidderminster play Grimsby in September.

Beautifully restored and genuine looking pub on Kidderminster’s steam railway station and next to the modern mainline station. A good bunch of local real ales and plush, but not over the top homeliness. Convenient for any traveller to Kiddie and also the Kidderminster Harriers’ football ground.
